The Manor House – with its 19th Century restoration – is the epitome of Romantic neo-Gothic allure.  Harkening back to its Early Modern heritage, as a bastion of chivalry and grace. The mysterious silent distillation at Midleton – closed in 1975 – only adds to the treasured status of this whiskey, representing traditional Irish Distillation that is now legend amongst the whiskey community. The intimate tasting will be undertaken in the Cellar of the Manor, exploring the notes of oak, coffee, cherry, and peppermint to name a few.
