This particular estate in Bath is across from Henriette Park, a historic and picturesque landmark. The 7-acre park originally opened in 1897 to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria. Later, Captain Forester donated the park to the city with the rule that it must never be built upon. Today, the park contains a variety of species of trees, flowers, and a Sensory Garden.
