‘I didn’t want to come back to Sardinia after selling phi beach, without having a project that would establish a real new flagship in the world of luxury lifestyle.’ Mirko Negri, strategic consultant, has brought his generous fountain of experience into the running of Cone Club. He explained that whilst Sardinia is certainly not short for beach clubs, they are somewhat limited in their offerings. Whilst many are open throughout the day, and others, such as disco tech clubs available for the night, there are few that extend from morning to sunrise. ‘At Cone Club guests can start their day at 11am and finish early hours the next morning’. From dining under the stars to swimming in the sun, remedying hangovers with their origin, or relaxing with a book; Cone Club gives guests the luxury of choice.
Cone Club oversees a kingdom of otherworldly views. Framed with luscious greenery and ashen mountain rock, the island’s new hot spot is artistically curated to celebrate its natural surroundings. It’s secluded setting overlooks an endless canvas of ocean, which once a day becomes enriched with some of the world’s best sunsets. Featuring a private jetty, guests can opt to arrive at Cone Club via boat, or alternatively catch a taxi for a short journey from Olbia airport. Right here in the heart of Cost Smeralda, the coveted neighbourhood of Porto Cervo has long been renowned for extravagant hospitality and crystal waters. Today though, Cone Club sets the shiny new scene for a playground of jet setters.
Cone Club captures a holiday resort atmosphere which sees the spectacular marriage of branded luxury with an organic, laid-back lifestyle. With the philosophy ‘Easy in its Nature, Exclusive in its experience’, the club’s outdoor-only concept allows guests to reconnect with the humbling and unspoiled natural world. Daniel Hilkmann, the fantastic architect behind the design, sculpted the club to reflect the lush characteristics of its island. Featuring wooden architecture that blends into the landscape, Cone Club boasts a minimalistic, bohemian style that pays homage to its Sardinian home.
The future of Cone Club is yet to be seen, however what can be certified, is the strength and passion driving the team behind it. Enlisting powerhouses in every hospitality field, any questions regarding dining, drinking, and dancing are confidently answered.
To satisfy desire, guests can indulge in signature dishes inspired by Michelin star chef, Tohru Nakamura. With the help of local producers, farmers, and fishermen, the German-Japanese success has created an alluring and tantalising treat. His Mediterranean menu offers a ‘Sardinian style’ cuisine with ‘an international twist’. Spoilt for choice, guests can enjoy their meals from the comfort of a day bed, or dining in the restaurant. The a la carte menu offers vibrant dishes, including succulent lobster, and summer truffle asparagus. For appetites extending to multiple dishes, a floating menu is also available. Guests are encouraged to eat without thinking, and a feast of six to eight dishes, selected by the club, find themselves at the mercy of their mouths.
A mouth-watering cocktail list will command the attention of guests who aren’t shy of spicy fusions and especial ingredients. Created by top mixologist Philip Bischoff, each libation creation is unique and packed full of flavour. We recommend Cone 75, a gin-based cocktail complimented with Amalfi lemon, ginger & pine honey, and a top-up of sparkling champagne. All of this can be enjoyed to chilled-out daytime music that gradually transforms into evening club vibes, as DJ Simiolli and DJ Deitz skilfully reflect the desired moods of their guests.
