As the 2024/25 NFL season concludes, excitement is building for the biggest game of the campaign. This year’s Super Bowl will occur on Sunday, February 9, and the winning team will lift the prestigious Vince Lombardi Trophy. Millions of global viewers will tune in to watch the live-action. This is the most-watched sporting event in the United States, and each year sets a record for viewing figures. Seeing the live game on television adds to the enjoyment of any sport, but wouldn’t it be great to watch the Super Bowl in person?

Four in the Mix

With the NFL Conference Finals approaching, four teams remained in the mix for Super Bowl glory. Across the sportsbooks, NFL Super Bowl odds show two joint favorites, and the operators are finding it tough to split the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Behind the Chiefs and the Eagles, the Buffalo Bills and the Washington Commanders are the underdogs. Whoever makes it to the Super Bowl will doubtless provide another entertaining four quarters.

The Caesars Super Dome in Louisiana, New Orleans, is the destination for this year’s game. It’s already a sell-out, but if you wish to visit the Super Bowl in the future, you can plan now. Standard match tickets are available, but for the best possible experience, you could consider a VIP package.

Known Destinations

The 2025 Super Bowl will soon become part of history, but plans are underway for next year and beyond. The host cities and stadiums are already in place for 2026 and 2028.

For reference, next year’s Super Bowl will occur at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. In 2027, California retakes the honors, with the game heading to the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. 2028’s Super Bowl will be held at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

The first step in your Super Bowl journey is to note those cities and dates. You can then make travel and accommodation plans before considering what type of game package to aim for.

Ready to Upgrade?

A regular matchday ticket gets you a seat inside the stadium. You have a view of the game and can enjoy the atmosphere, but there are no additional features to enhance the experience. There is a VIP package alternative at each Super Bowl and most NFL games. The exact details will vary depending on the stadium and the team behind the match, but each will provide an upgrade on a general ticket.

Firstly, you can guarantee an uninterrupted view of the game. VIP seats tend to be higher up, so there will be no obstructions from stadium architecture or other spectators. You’ll often be behind plexiglass, enjoying some indoor warmth. VIP fans will also have access to a ready food and drink supply. The package will likely include a pre-match meal, while the stadium will also have a well-stocked bar. Drinks may not be included in the ticket price, but promotions may be available.

Going the Extra Mile

Watching the Super Bowl comfortably is a huge plus point, but many VIP packages offer much more. This is one of the most important sporting events of all, and in many ways, it’s more than just a game.

The organizers realize that most spectators will travel great distances to watch the Super Bowl, and that’s why some packages will offer luxury accommodation as part of the deal. There’s no need to make the long journey home at the end of the game. Instead, you can relax in a top hotel. That accommodation will be available before the Super Bowl, as there will be plenty of entertainment before kick-off. The best sporting tour companies hire the services of a well-known figure to act as host. In many cases, they will be football Hall of Famers.

Your host will be present at the game, and there will likely be lunches or other events where they entertain audiences with stories from inside the NFL.  Some VIP packages also include a stadium tour so you can soak up the atmosphere before the big game. These tours are more readily available for regular NFL games, but they may also be available for the Super Bowl.

Naturally, a VIP package for the Super Bowl comes at a premium, but considering the great entertainment, it is worth considering the upgrade. With this type of experience, you can turn the game into an event you’ll never forget.  The schedules are in place through 2028, and packages will already be devised. They could be perfect for a slot on your bucket list when they go on sale.
